1. Order and Booking Cancellation

Users may cancel an order or booking directly through the application, subject to the following conditions:

  • The cancellation must be made before the service begins or before the order has been accepted and processed.
  • Certain service categories may have specific cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking.
  • Once a service has started or an order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The booked service was not provided.
  • The order was canceled within the permitted cancellation period.
  • A billing or payment error occurred.
  • The service provider or DJOBO is unable to fulfill the requested service.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair outcome for all parties involved.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The service was fully completed as requested.
  • The user failed to attend the appointment or service location.
  • The cancellation was made after the service had started or outside the permitted cancellation period.
  • Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 3 to 15 business days, depending on the payment method used and the processing times of the relevant financial institutions.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise authorized by DJOBO.

6. Disputes and Claims

If you experience an issue regarding an order, booking, or refund, you are encouraged to contact DJOBO Customer Support as soon as possible.

Our team will carefully review each case and work toward a fair resolution.

7. Changes to This Policy

DJOBO reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published within the application and will become effective upon publication.
